3. How to Use the Product?

1. Insert the Battery & Attach the Tracker:

o  Open the battery compartment by twisting off the back cover.

o  Place a fresh CR2032 (3V, 100 mAh) coin cell into the slot, positive side up, then snap the cover back securely.

o  Slide the tracker module onto the PU leather collar and fasten the collar around your dog’s neck. Make sure it’s snug but not tight—two fingers should fit between collar and fur.

2. Pair with Your iPhone via Find My:

o  Open the Find My app (requires iOS 14.5 or later) and tap “Add Item.”

o  Wait for PetMaxBox Smart GPS Tracker to appear, then tap “Connect.” Follow any on-screen prompts until the tracker shows as “Connected” in the app.

3. Set Up Geofenced Safe Zones (Optional):

o  In Find My, tap the tracker’s name, then select “Notify When Left Behind.”

o  Define a perimeter around your home or yard. If your dog wanders outside, you’ll instantly receive an alert on your iPhone.

4. Track in Real Time:

o  Anytime you want to check on your dog, open Find My to see their exact location on the map. If they’re nearby, use the “Play Sound” feature to make the tracker beep, helping you locate them by ear.

5. Replace the Battery Periodically:

o  When Find My displays a “Low Battery” warning (typically below 10 %), press and twist to open the back cover, remove the
depleted CR2032, and insert a new one. Close firmly, then confirm in the app that the battery icon shows full.

6. Maintain and Store:

o  After each outing, wipe the tracker and collar with a damp cloth to remove dirt or debris.

o  Store the collar in a dry location away from direct sunlight to protect the plastic housing and leather strap.
